An individual hired as an Esthetics Teacher for select Tricoci University of Beauty Culture campuses will receive a $5,000 incentive bonus. The first $2500 of the bonus will be paid on the paycheck for the pay period following their 1 year anniversary; the second $2500 will be paid on the paycheck for the pay period following their 2 year anniversary. The associate must be currently employed at the time of payout and the bonus is contingent upon a 2-year commitment of employment with TUBC.
