The Teacher Training program will prepare you for a career as a Cosmetology, Esthetics, and/or Nail Technology Teacher.  TUBC has revamped our schedule to run 3 days per week, which allows these students to continue to "earn while they learn" to be a teacher.

The program length depends on the discipline selected and your experience level:
• Cosmetology Teacher: 1000 Hours (10 months part-time)
• Cosmetology Teacher with Experience*: 600 Hours (6 months part-time)
• Esthetic Teacher: 750 Hours (8 months part-time)

*To qualify for the shorter program, student must have 2+ years of experience and maintain an active license during the program.
